With over 8 years of experience in the construction industry, I have specialized in prefabricated reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, building my career at three highly respected companies: Somaco, Willy Naessens now Wincon.
Throughout this time, I have gained extensive expertise in managing and executing projects involving prefabricated solutions, playing a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale and complex works.
In 2022, I joined Willy Naessens Romania as a production coordinator for prefabricated elements. In 2024, I will step into the role of plant manager, leading operations and driving strategic growth.

Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation for delivering exceptional project results through strategic leadership, technical proficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
In 2018, I joined Wincon SRL, a leading prefabricated concrete manufacturer in Cluj County, as Head of Production. There, I successfully streamlined operations and upheld rigorous quality standards. Since April 2022, I have served as Factory Director, overseeing all aspects of the operation. My leadership emphasizes innovation, operational efficiency, and the delivery of premium solutions tailored to our partners’ needs.
I am driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a vision for advancing the construction industry through excellence and collaboration.
