Apartment building and exterior works S+P+3E

The project involved the construction of an apartment block, without the finishing works. The structure of the building was made of in situ concrete, BCA exterior masonry, exterior, interior partitions walls of gypsum boards, exterior PVC carpentry with insulating glass, central heating and radiators in every apartment.
The building is equipped with elevator.
 

The building has 10 apartments of aprox. 130 sqm/apartment with 2 and 3 rooms.
